Today David and I decided to go on an adventure.
As best friends, David and I try to spend as much time together as we can. Or at least when both our schedules allow. (As a former yogurteer/barista and landscaper, we are in high demand.) It was a beautiful day, so David and I thought we should do something outside. After deliberation and consideration, we borrowed a friend’s kayaks and headed for the ocean.

We had a blast accidentally ramming each other, racing, admiring Washington’s beauty, and talking about life.

Many thanks to Shari who not only loaned us her kayaks and her car, but also taught and helped us to correctly load them so we wouldn’t crash. Thanks Shari! You’re the best.

Project 365 – Day 210
This blog makes me happy in about 18 different ways:
1) I always love Rachel’s blogging.
2) I miss Rachel and so I particularly like to hear her thoughts and adventures.
3) I miss David too, and seeing pictures of them is very fun.
4) The pictures look great!
5) Davy is ginormous!
6) Rachel looks very pretty.
7) I love it when my siblings enjoy one another.
8) I particularly love it when Rachel and David enjoy one another.
9) The Puget Sound is maybe the most beautiful place on earth, and I’m glad to see it.
10) I’m even more glad that my siblings get to enjoy that beauty.
11) Kayaks are great!
12) I get to see those beautiful people in just six days!
13) Any chance my siblings get to talk about life is a good thing.
14) That reminded me that Davy is getting to the point where life really becomes interesting.
15) And Rachel has wisdom for the lad.
16) I’m glad they didn’t crash.
17) I’m glad for generosity of friends!
